Return and Deposit Policy

The following applies to all West Coast Fire Helmet Custom Work and the Legacy Presentation Series Helmets. 


Any helmet that includes custom work requires full payment before any work can begin.


Non-refundable Returns: Any customized helmet is non refundable once the project has been confirmed, helmet has been ordered, work has begun and or helmet has been shipped out / delivered to the customer.



In-stock and Special Order Helmets Refund and Return Policy


All returns require prior authorization, no returns or exchanges after (7) days from receipt.


Helmets are non returnable if not in new and original condition ( not put in service), have bourkes installed or any other customer customization has been done. 


Original shipping charges and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable, customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to us on returned items .


Restocking fee of 15% will apply on special purchase accommodations. Cancellations for any reason will incur this fee. 


*All helmets require delivery insurance, lost stolen or damaged products will be dealt with the third party shipping company. 



Accessories Refund and Returns Policy


All returns require prior authorization, no returns or exchanges after ten (10) days from receipt.


Original shipping charges and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable, customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to us on returned items .


Lost, stolen or damaged accessories will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

By agreeing to these policies, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these policies may result in delay in refund , exchange or cancellation of the customized work order.
